Program Overview: Corporate Match Program

The Corporate Match Program offers employees the opportunity to contribute to Northfield Shares through automatic payroll deductions. Participating employers will match each employee’s contribution, doubling the impact of every gift!

All contributions made through this program are directed to the Northfield Shares Community Fund, which is an unrestricted endowed fund that allows the Foundation to respond to a wide range of community needs with flexibility and speed. 

Employees may choose to contribute:

• A fixed dollar amount per paycheck
• A percentage of each paycheck

Contributions are automatically deducted, and employer matches are applied according to the company’s matching policy. All participants will be recognized on our website as Corporate Partners and individual donors as appropriate on our donor wall.
